Dunn & Hobbes, LLC is a Seattle-based developer of mixed-use projects in urban village neighborhoods. The company specializes in the renovation and adaptive re-use of existing buildings as well as the construction of new urban infill projects.

Pacific Supply Building

The building was constructed in 1920 as an automobile showroom and repair service building, like many of the original buildings in the Pike-Pine neighborhood. Historical records and photographs indicate that for many years it was the home of Garlick Auto Upholstery, which later moved next door where it did business until 2006.

Our restoration project set the stage for expansion of Pacific Supply Company’s former apartment/janitorial supply business into a neighborhood-oriented general hardware store. Since 1995 the Pacific Supply Company has occupied the street level of the building. Foundation Crossfit, a strength and conditioning gym, has occupied the basement level since 2014.
